No Refund Policy

We regret to inform you that all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we offer a 3-day exchange policy for items that are received defective or damaged, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at kamedahjaya@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please use “RETURN & EXCHANGE” as the subject of your email. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions regarding the return process, including where and how to send your item.

Please do not send any item back to us without contacting us and receiving approval first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

All costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, including shipping and handling fees, shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise determined by us.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be returned within 3 days of receipt.
  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • Include all original accessories, if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet the above requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

To assist us in evaluating the issue, we may require clear photographs or videos of the item and its packaging.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.
